Wire wrapping is a handcrafting technique where wire is bent, coiled, and woven around gemstones or other focal pieces to create a secure, decorative setting — no soldering or heat required. Every piece is shaped entirely by hand, which means no two are exactly alike.

What materials do you use?

Silver-plated pieces use silver-plated copper wire with a stainless steel chain — hypoallergenic and tarnish-resistant. Copper pieces use pure copper wire with a copper-coated metal chain. All gemstones are natural or semi-precious stones sourced for their unique character.

Will copper turn my skin green?

It can — this is a completely harmless and natural reaction between copper and your skin's chemistry. Some people experience it, others never do. If you're sensitive to copper, our silver-plated pieces are a great alternative.

Can I request a custom piece?

Are the gemstones real?

Yes — all stones used in Pebbles & Knots jewelry are natural or semi-precious gemstones. Each one is hand-selected for its color, shape, and energy. Because they're natural, slight variations in color and pattern are normal and part of what makes each piece unique.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders ship within 2–4 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Do you ship everywhere?

We currently ship within the United States. If you're outside the US and interested in a piece, reach out through the Contact page and we'll see what we can work out.

What does the packaging look like?

Every order arrives in a branded pink gift box nestled in crinkle paper, with your jewelry displayed on a Pebbles & Knots card and a handwritten-style thank you note. It's gift-ready straight out of the box — no extra wrapping needed.

Can I use a discount code at checkout?

How do I care for my jewelry?

Accepted Answer

Remove your jewelry before swimming, showering, or exercising. Avoid perfume and lotions directly on the wire. For silver-plated pieces, gently polish with a soft dry cloth. For copper, a lemon juice and salt paste can restore brightness — rinse and dry thoroughly afterward. Store in a cool, dry place or an airtight bag to slow oxidation.

My piece arrived damaged — what do I do?

I'm so sorry! Please reach out through the Contact page within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage and your order number, and I'll make it right.

What classes do you offer?

We offer Wire Wrapping classes where you'll learn to create your own gemstone pendant, and Paint Night events that are perfect for a fun night out with friends. Both are beginner-friendly — no experience needed!

Do I need any experience to join a class?

Accepted Answer

Not at all! All classes are designed for complete beginners. I walk you through every step, and all materials are provided. Just show up ready to create and have fun.

Can I book a private event?

Yes! Private wire wrapping or paint night events are available for birthdays, bachelorette parties, team building, and more. Fill out the inquiry form on the Classes page and I'll get back to you with availability and pricing.

Everything you need is included — all materials, tools, instruction, and a finished piece to take home. Just bring yourself (and maybe a friend)!
