must be returned in their original packaging.

Ship the package to the provided return address.
Exchanges and Store Credit
If your return is accepted, you can choose a different product or store credit.

The cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Processing Your Exchange or Credit
Once your return is received, please allow 7-10 business days for processing the exchange or store credit as agreed. Exchanges will be shipped at the expense of Pebbles and Knots.
